Refund Policy

HAGD is always hoping the experience of our products is a great one.

Please allow up to 10 to 12  business days for your order to process and ship. Mail is still slow in some States so we work on shipping orders quickly. At this time all sales are final. All items are inspected before going out, but if you receive a defective item, please send notice via email to hello@haveagoddaystore.com  

All items purchased at this time are final sales; thus, we cannot offer any refunds, exchanges, or returns at this time unless a mistake was made by HAGD store.

 

Shipping delays

If you are purchasing a gift, please make sure you allow for extra time due to slow shipping in several states. It is advised that if you are buying gifts needed by a specific date, allow at least 14 days prior to order.  

Damages and Issues 

Please note that items are inspected before sending. Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 14 days if the item is defective, damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Incorrect Address

If your items are returned to our facility due to an incorrect address, we will refund your order to the card the item was purchased on. If you re-order, there will be a charge for re-shipping. It is advised that you include your phone number where ever possible during checkout so we can reach you if need be.

Lost Items

We are honest and ethical and always ship to our customers. Unfortunately, HAGD is not responsible for lost, missing, and stolen items. Once it leaves our packing site and goes out to delivery, we have no control over the package. Please make sure you send items to a secure location.
